Feb. 26: CLC sponsors Get Connected Vendor Fair

Over the next five years, the College of Lake County will spend $148 million on campus improvements involving major purchases of goods and services beyond its normal business needs. To help local vendors become aware of the upcoming opportunities, CLC will sponsor a Get Connected Vendor Fair from 9-11 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 26 in Room C005 (C Wing auditorium) at the Grayslake campus, 19351 W. Washington St.

At the event, vendors can network with the college's architects, construction managers, facilities team and procurement staff and learn about the college's projects planned for 2015-2017. Upcoming procurement opportunities associated with campus improvements include those involving equipment, construction projects and professional services.

For information about the master plan projects, visit www.clcillinois.edu/masterplan, a site that is updated weekly.

To attend the Get Connected Vendor Fair, please RSVP by Feb. 19 to purchasing@clcillinois.edu. For more information, call (847) 543-2084. More information on the college's procurement policy and how to become a vendor is at www.clcillinois.edu/depts/bus.asp. Vendors who attend the fair and use Twitter are invited to Tweet about the event at #CLCVendorFair.
