Scott Latter named vice president by EnTrust Realty Advisors

Scott Latter has been promoted to vice president at EnTrust Realty Advisors in Lombard. He was previously senior associate. James I. Clark III, EnTrust Managing Principal, made the announcement.

Latter is responsible for leading the sourcing and execution of commercial real estate investment transactions involving, medical office, office and industrial properties. He provides EnTrust clients with property underwriting; valuations; market analyses; and in-depth research to advance the acquisitions and the dispositions process.

During his tenure with EnTrust, Latter has successfully completed over $330 million in transactions and cultivated strong relationships with investors and lenders.

Latter has a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting and real estate and urban land economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Additionally, he is an Illinois registered certified public accountant and licensed Illinois real estate broker.
