Bears add quarterbacks, linebackers coaches

LAKE FOREST, Ill. (AP) - The Chicago Bears have hired Dowell Loggains as quarterbacks coach and Glenn Pires as linebackers coach.

The Bears announced the moves on Friday, making Loggains and Pires the latest additions to new coach John Fox's staff.

Loggains spent last season as Cleveland's quarterbacks coach, working with Johnny Manziel and Brian Hoyer. He was on Tennessee's staff from 2008 to 2013 and served as offensive coordinator the final five games in 2012 plus the following season.

Pires was Atlanta's linebackers coach the past seven seasons.
