Believe Project: $100 to make a friend feel like a millionaire

Today's winner of a $100 bill through the Believe Project is Barbara Stark of Naperville.

Here is an excerpt of her pitch:

"We have a friend named Chris. We met her through our church, as she was one who needed assistance cleaning her apartment (she lives in an assisted living apartment complex with 24/7 aides.) Chris is severely handicapped with cerebral palsy, but she has the biggest smile and a twinkle in her eye. We have never heard her complain about anything! It has been a blessing to know her. Last year she was so thrilled to receive a $50 gift card to Kmart, but it was stolen. A hundred dollars would be like a million to her!"
