Register for Dist. 54 kindergarten Feb. 12

Schaumburg Township Elementary District 54 will hold kindergarten registration for the 2015-16 school year on Thursday, Feb. 12, at all elementary schools.

Registration times are from 9 to 11 a.m., 1 to 2:30 p.m., and 6 to 8 p.m.

Parents should go to their neighborhood school to register their child, even if they are applying to attend a different school. Lincoln Prairie is not a neighborhood school.

A child whose fifth birthday falls on or before Sept. 1, 2015, is eligible to enroll in kindergarten. Children currently enrolled at the District 54 Early Learning Center who will be attending kindergarten in the district next year do not need to be registered again.
