New Kids, Eric Church, Motley Crue to play Allstate

Three new shows heading for Rosemont's Allstate Arena cover a wide musical terrain - from country (Eric Church) to a former boy band (New Kids on the Block) to heavy metal (Motley Crue).

Four-time Grammy Award-nominee Church appears at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, March 20.

"The Outsiders World Tour" features Drive-By Truckers as an opening act and takes its name from Church's top-selling 2014 country album "The Outsiders."

Tickets are $20-$62.50 and go on sale to the general public at noon Friday, Jan. 23. Call (800) 745-3000 or visit allstatearena.com.

New Kids on the Block, the boy band heartthrobs of the 1980s and 1990s, reunite for the "Main Event" tour, which plays Rosemont at 7 p.m. Saturday, May 23.

The tour also features guest appearances by TLC and Nelly. Tickets go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 31, through livenation.com.

Motley Crue performs what is billed as "The Final Tour" at 7 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 8. General public ticket sales are $20-$149.50 and begin at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 23. Call (800) 745-3000 or visit allstatearena.com.
