AMES, Iowa (AP) - Seanna Johnson made a layup with 19 seconds left and Iowa State overcame an 18-point deficit to stun third-ranked Texas 59-57 on Saturday, handing the Longhorns their first loss.

Nikki Moody had 17 points to lead Iowa State (11-3, 2-1 Big 12) in its first home victory over a top-three team in 12 years.

Texas led by as much as 37-19 late in the first half. But Iowa State answered with a 38-13 run and the Longhorns went cold in the second half, hitting just 8 of 38 shots. Brady Sanders had 16 points for Texas (13-1, 2-1), which held Iowa State to just Johnson's basket in the final 8:10.

NO. 5 BAYLOR 66, WEST VIRGINIA 62

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (AP) - Khadijiah Cave scored 20 points and Baylor withstood an off day from Big 12 scoring leader Nina Davis to beat West Virginia.

Baylor (14-1, 3-0) let a double-digit lead slip away before Cave scored six of the Bears' final 12 points. Imani Wright added 11 points and Davis had 10, her lowest production of the season.

Bria Holmes scored 17 points for West Virginia (10-5, 0-3).

TCU 70, NO. 16 OKLAHOMA STATE 66

FORT WORTH, Texas (AP) - Zahna Medley scored 17 points and sparked the go-ahead run late in the second half to lift TCU past Oklahoma State on Saturday night.

Chelsea Prince and Veja Hamilton added 15 points apiece for TCU (10-4, 2-1 Big 12).

LaShawn Jones scored 20 points for Oklahoma State (11-3, 1-2).

NO. 18 ARIZONA STATE 71, ARIZONA 54

TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) - Sophie Brunner scored a career-high 26 points and Arizona State beat Arizona for the second time in three days for the Sun Devils' best start in program history.

Arizona State (15-1, 4-0 Pac-12) also is off to its best conference start since winning five straight in 2007-08. The Sun Devils won 88-41 victory on Thursday night in Tucson.

Candice Warthen led Arizona (7-8, 0-4) with 13 points.

NO. 22 PRINCETON 83, PENN 54

PRINCETON, N.J. (AP) - Blake Dietrick scored 25 points, including the 1,000th of her career, to help Princeton stay unbeaten with a victory over Penn in the Ivy League opener for both teams.

The Tigers (17-0) are one of three undefeated teams left in the country, joining No. 1 South Carolina and No. 14 Mississippi State. Kara Bonenberger scored 21 points to lead the Quakers (7-5).

NO. 24 RUTGERS 71, PENN STATE 51

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (AP) - Kahleah Copper scored 23 points on 9-of-21 shooting for Rutgers.

Rutgers (12-4, 3-2 Big Ten) held Penn State (3-13, 0-5) to 22 second-half points and forced a season-high 38 turnovers overall - its most in at least a dozen years. Rutgers had 22 steals, one shy of the school record, with Syessense Davis getting 10.

Lindsey Spann led Penn State with 18 points but had 11 turnovers.

NO. 25 WESTERN KENTUCKY 76, OLD DOMINION 60

NORFOLK, Va. (AP) - Chastity Gooch scored 20 points to help Western Kentucky run its winning streak to 11.

Micah Jones added 18 points, Alexis Govan had 17 and Ileana Johnson 11 for Western Kentucky (14-2, 3-0 Conference USA). Jennie Simms scored 26 points for Old Dominion (8-6, 1-2).
