Pam Wetzel of Elgin and her dog Barney, are all bundled as they brave the harsh winter weather Tuesday while they take a stroll through Wing Park in Elgin. "It's cold, but it's nice to get out when the sun is shining," says Wetzel. Barney is wearing a coat made for dogs that help keep him warm and still allows him to walk comfortably. Wetzel says that she and Barney like to get out and take a walk in the park on most days, despite what mother nature might be throwing at them. "It's winter, and it's Chicago," says Wetzel.
