The February session will focus on "The Big Sleep: Hibernating Animals of Illinois." This program takes place from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 12, at Grunwald Farms Forest Preserve, 02S035 N. Lorang Road in Elburn.

Advance registration is required. Registration is $2 per person. Call (630) 444-3190 or email programs@kaneforest.com to register. For more information on Forest Preserve District nature programs, visit kaneforest.com.
