Winter Nationals Indoor Dodgeball Championship Jan. 3

Dodge, duck, dip and dive your way to the National Amateur Dodgeball Association Winter Nationals, presented by the Schaumburg Park District.

Winter Nationals will be Saturday, Jan. 3, at the Sport Center, 1141 W. Irving Park Road. The adult tournament begins at 10 a.m. and the youth tournament begins at 3 p.m.

"This is the second tournament of the 2014-2015 season," said Derek Dvorak, athletic supervisor. "Winter Nationals is the place to evaluate skills and begin prep for Dodgeball Days in July."

Games are officiated by NADA staff. All players receive a T-shirt. Team prizes are awarded to champions.

Youth divisions include grades 4-6, 7-8 and 9-12. Adult divisions include men's, women's and co-rec.

The registration deadline is Monday, Dec. 29, for adult and youth divisions. Registration fee for adult teams is $125. Registration fee for youth teams is $105.
