White Sox reportedly sign outfielder Melky Cabrera

The White Sox have agreed to terms with free-agent outfielder Melky Cabrera, according to a report from 670-AM late Saturday night.

The deal is reported to be about 3 years for $45 million and is pending a physical.

The move would cap off a big week for the White Sox, who traded for starting pitcher Jeff Samardzija and signed free agent closer David Robertson on Monday.
