Cook County judge OKs another Gacy exhumation

CHICAGO - The body of a teen identified as one of serial killer John Wayne Gacy's victims will be exhumed for testing to determine if his body was misidentified.

The Chicago Sun-Times reports that Cook County Judge Rita Novak this week granted a request from Sherry Marino to exhume the remains of Kenneth Parker. Authorities say Parker and Marino's son, Michael Marino, were last seen together in 1976. Police say the teens were among 29 bodies found in a crawl space under Gacy's front door at his suburban Chicago home.

But Sherry Marino for years has doubted her son was a Gacy victim. In 2011 her attorney said a lab concluded DNA tests on exhumed remains thought to be Michael Marino found the body wasn't her son.

Gacy was executed in 1994.
