Milwaukee man charged in wife's fatal shooting

MILWAUKEE - Authorities are searching for a Milwaukee man who they say fatally shot his wife in front of her daughter.

Anthony Bradley was charged Wednesday with four felony counts including first-degree intentional homicide and kidnapping in the death of Karen Bradley on Friday. Authorities say the 42-year-old man shot his wife once in the head in front of her 16-year-old daughter after her 11-year-old daughter ran from the apartment for help.

Karen Bradley was pronounced dead at the scene.

The daughters tell police Anthony and Karen Bradley were fighting in the days before the attack and that he was abusive toward her.

Bradley faces life in prison if convicted of homicide. He was on probation for drug possession with intent to deliver at the time of the shooting.

Online court records didn't indicate an attorney.
