Bingo, lunch make for fun day for seniors group

The Geneva Friendly Seniors celebrated the holiday at their monthly meeting Wednesday with lunch and games of bingo. Lunch was provided by Inglenook Pantry.

This month's meeting also served as the group's Christmas party at the Geneva Community Center.

Almost as soon as the bingo games started with a call of "I-18," Jimmy Badali of St. Charles yelled out "bingo" to the amusement of the group. "That's our Jimmy," said Marge Frascona, also of St. Charles.

The Geneva group of seniors meets socially monthly and plans different outings.

For more information on the group call Diane Rowe at (630) 262-2215.
