Join in 2nd annual TubaChristmas Concert Dec. 13

Cambridge Music Outreach invites all tuba and euphonium players to perform in its second annual TubaChristmas Concert at 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 13, at the Algonquin Commons, 1900 S. Randall Road.

This is a free performance of traditional Christmas carols arranged especially for the warm, rich sound of the Tuba-Euphonium choir.

Part of the 41st annual International TubaChristmas celebration, the concerts will take place in more than 275 cities throughout the United States and in several foreign countries.

If you play tuba or euphonium and would like to play in the Dec. 13 concert, email Lucas Overton at lucasoverton880@gmail.com for information and to register.

Some TubaChristmas ensembles involve hundreds of musicians from ages 8 to 90-plus years.

If you don't play, they invite you to bring your family and friends to listen and enjoy this festive event. Learn more at www.tubachristmas.com/participate.htm.
