Joshua Jackson named partner at Schiller DuCanto & Fleck

Lake Forest - The law firm of Schiller DuCanto & Fleck LLP announces Joshua M. Jackson as a new partner in the Lake Forest office. Joining the firm in 2003 as a law clerk, he later began practicing law as an attorney within the firm in 2005. Jackson focuses his practice exclusively on the litigation and negotiation of complex divorce matters, representing clients including public figures, lawyers, business owners, executives, professionals, and their spouses.

Jackson understands the importance of providing individualized attention to every case and reassuring clients through one of the most difficult times of their lives. He believes clients are an integral part of the team, and that educating clients can make the process easier and have a significant positive influence on the outcome of their case.

"My goal is to provide clients with a clear understanding of the legal process, their options, and to be responsive to their needs and concerns so that they can be confident in making decisions," continued Jackson. Jackson, 34, has been recognized as a "Rising Star" by Illinois Super Lawyers in 2014 and 2015. In addition to his promotion to partner, Jackson has also been named to Leading Lawyers for 2015.

Originally from Burlington, Wisconsin, Jackson earned his bachelor's degree from University of Wisconsin-Madison in psychology and later earned his J.D. from DePaul University's School of Law in Chicago.

He is a member of the American Bar Association, Illinois Bar Association, Lake County Bar Association and the Justinian Society.

Jackson currently lives in Lake Forest with his wife and two children. He is a member of the Lake Forest/Lake Bluff Young Professionals Society and has served on the advisory committee for Sarah's Light, a nonprofit organization providing legal resources for women on the North Shore.
