Let's enforce the laws we have

Our immigration laws we have served us well. When my cousin came here from Italy, he had to strip down, put all his clothes and luggage in a box then go to the showers. After drying off a doctor checked him out for disease. Any sick were put right back on the boat. He had to have a sponsor so he would have an address if he needed to be located.

Immigrants had to meet quotas. No country was allowed to overpopulate the U.S. Because of our democratic way of life we did not want one foreign country to overpopulate the nation.

Another point, when we didn't need workers there was no immigration from anywhere.

We do not need new laws. We only need to enforce the law we have.
