Murray Commercial leases over 25,000 sf. retail, office space in 3rd quarter

Murray Commercial is making progress in 2014 with local multiple tenancy office and retail space in Kane County. Among the notable occupants is ALE Solutions, a disaster recovery company that resides in a 5,500-square-foot unit in Dunham Center on the east side of St. Charles.

"Bringing in a growing company like ALE Solutions is very exciting! It just goes to show that the economy is moving in a positive direction," said commercial broker Sharon O'Leary.

Murray was also instrumental with placing two new businesses in the former "Fashion Walk" space on Third Street in Geneva.
