Breakfast with Santa in Grayslake

Santa will be on hand to welcome kids at a family breakfast on Saturday, Dec. 13, from 9 a.m. to noon, at the University Center of Lake County, 1200 University Center Drive, Grayslake, on the northeast edge of the College of Lake County campus. The event is sponsored by the Healthy Woman program of Vista Health System. All kids receive a free coloring book and will be entertained by holiday stories performed by volunteers from Words on Wheels, a local, child literacy nonprofit organization. The cost of the breakfast is $5 per adult with children admitted free if they bring a new, unwrapped toy donation to benefit the Community Action Partnership of Lake County.
