Stitches & Woodchips to host 13th annual Holiday & Primitive Craft Sale

Stitches & Woodchips will hold its 13th annual Holiday & Primitive Craft Sale from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 28 to Sunday, Nov. 30, at 1024 Duncan Ave. in Elgin.

They specialize in quality primitive and homespun items for the home as well as unique handmade gifts. See handmade quilted items and wool designs, ornaments, shelving and more.

They have doll beds that are perfect for the American Girl Dolls or for displaying your small quilts.

Author Kathleen Tracy will be there between 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday to introduce some of her new primitive applique patterns for wool and fabric. She will have copies of her books for purchase and will sign your books.

Enjoy some warm apple cider and homemade cookies while you shop and see a little trunk show of some of Tracy's quilts.
