The Chicago Bears defeated the Minnesota Vikings 21-13 on a cold and windy day at Soldier Field for the first home game win of the season.
Bears receivers broke out of their slump with Brandon Marshall catching 7 passes for 90 yards and 2 touchdowns while Alshon Jeffrey caught 11 passes for 135 yards and a touchdown.
Bears running back Matt Forte was very productive again as he rushed for 117 yards and caught passes for 58 yards for a combined 175 yards of offense.
The Minnesota Vikings were held to 254 yards by an relentless Bears defense who pressured Vikings quarterback Teddy Bridgewater all afternoon.
The game ended with an interception by Bears safety Ryan Mundy as the Vikings marched down the field with no timeouts remaining.
