Schaumburg Camera Club meetings

On Monday, November 10 the Schaumburg camera club (officially, oSchaumburg Area Photographic Society or S.A.P.S.) meets at the Schaumburg Community Recreation Center (room 1240) located at the corner of Bode and Springinsguth. The club meets on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of every month and features programs and talented speakers to help improve skills as well as discussions and "competitions" include both projected digital images and prints, which provide a chance to compare your work with that of your peers.

Visitors are always welcome to come anytime to learn what we are about. The club is open to anyone who enjoys digital photography. The club sponsors many outings during the year and photographs events conducted by the Schaumburg Park district all of which inspire and provide opportunity to take interesting pictures. It also shares training and workshops with camera clubs throughout the Chicago area.

Members come from a wide area around Schaumburg from Itasca to Arlington Heights to Huntley to share their photos and experience with a common goal of improving our digital photography skills.

Visit www.schaumburgcameraclub.com or our facebook page (www.facebook.com/SchaumburgAreaPhotographicSociety) then come to the meeting to learn more about the opportunities or email Bob Miller at SAPSCamera@gmail.com.
