After the election, some musings

After this past election, I am sure that practically all your readers, including me of course, are both happy and disappointed in some of the results, I am reminded of the quote by the late Sydney J. Harris, who wrote in one of his columns in the Chicago Daily News, "I have found over time that candidates I supported were never as good as I hoped and candidates I opposed were never as bad as I feared." Thankfully, in this country we will again have the opportunity to change our minds and make choices.

One other thing - if you didn't vote don't complain.
