Grace Lutheran Church of Lily Lake will offer a Wills and Estates Planning presentation at noon Sunday, Nov. 16, and 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 18, in the church's Grace Room, 5N600 Hanson Road in St. Charles.

Do you know the difference between a will, a living will, and a trust? Which would work best for your situation? Have you named a guardian for your children in case something happens to you before they are grown up? Who should have power of attorney and how does it work?

These are some of the questions that will be answered by Hampshire attorney and church member Cathy Reif.

Reif focuses her law practice on estate planning, business law and tax law. Prior to starting this law firm, Cathy worked for the Law Office of Daniel Parsons, a boutique elder law firm located in Geneva, She has created many estate plans and works to create an estate plan for each client that will provide peace of mind and allow for a smooth transition of asset ownership. Reif volunteers at Administer Justice, a legal aid nonprofit organization, doing tax controversy work and she is experienced in resolving tax issues with the IRS. Visit reiflawfirm.com.
