Laurie Geschrey promoted to regional director for Pathway Senior Living

Laurie Geschrey of East Dundee was promoted to regional director of operations for Pathway Senior Living, LLC, a premier owner, operator, manager and developer of independent and assisted living communities for seniors headquartered in Des Plaines.

In this newly created position, Geschrey, former executive director of Victory Centre of Bartlett, is part of a regional team that supports Pathway's 13 owned and managed senior living communities.

In her new role, Geschrey will ensure the ongoing success of Pathway's award-winning VIVA! lifestyle in providing fulfilling and purposeful lives for all those living in its communities.

A graduate of DePaul University Chicago and Unity School of Christianity Missouri, Geschrey has more than 20 years of business experience, is a certified bereavement counselor and former hospice chaplain. Under Geschrey's leadership, Victory Centre of Bartlett earned The Assisted Living Federation of America's "Best of Best Award" in 2013 for honoring the life of a resident following his or her death.
