Granite City opens

Granite City Food and Brewery opened this week in Naperville, with another location planned for Schaumburg in the spring. The upscale, contemporary restaurant offers foods like ponzu glazed salmon, bone-in rib-eye and braised bison short ribs; the on-site brewery offers handcrafted beers as well as 10 local beers on tap from local breweries like Two Brothers Brewing Company, Solemn Oath Brewery and Penrose Brewing Company.
