Nov. 18: CLC sponsors Partnership to Global Success Conference

Lake County companies wishing to expand into global markets are invited to attend the Global Success Conference, sponsored by the Illinois Small Business Development and International Trade Center at the College of Lake County. The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov.18 at the University Center of Lake County, 1120 University Center Drive, Grayslake.

The Global Success Conference is designed for Lake County businesses that want to expand or enter international markets. It will feature expert panelists, networking and lunch, all for $30. All attendees will receive key export strategies and practical tools for their businesses to go global. Panelists/speakers include:

Margo Markopoulos, regional Asia officer, STEP program coordinator, Office of Trade and Investment

Shari Stout, director of U.S. Commercial Service-Chicago, U.S. Department of Commerce

Ric Frantz, CEO, LR International Logistics and Consulting Services
