Thanks from family in difficult time

On behalf of the family of Sharon Baumgartner, we would like to thank all the following people for their help, understanding and caring during these very difficult times. The outpouring of love has just been tremendous.

Thank you, too, to all the people who have donated money to help with Sharon's final expenses. The selflessness of giving that has been shown is just remarkable. To know that Sharon was so very loved warms our hearts, and the many people that came to her memorial service - and shared such wonderful stories about Sharon - definitely helped us get through the past few weeks. You just don't know how much all of you have meant to us during this tragic time.

Our heartfelt "thanks" to the following people: Steve, Rob and Corey Laird and the staff at Laird Funeral Home in Elgin; The Kane County Coroner's office; Pastor Jeorge Holmes; The Carpentersville Police Department; Tom Roeser, owner of Otto & Sons Engineering in Carpentersville, and Jerry Skormski; The LaSalle Expedition II crew; employees of Petco in West Dundee; Almost Home Rescue; Golf Rose Pet Lodge; the staff at Oak Crest Atrium for the excellent care given to Sharon's father over the years; Larkin High School Class of 1975; Chase Bank, Summit Street, Elgin; and to the many friends and family who have been there for us during this terrible time.
