The New England Patriots overwhelmed the Chicago Bears with a score of 51-23 at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts on Sunday.

The Bears had 38 first half points scored against them by the Patriots, a record for most in franchise history.

Patriot quarterback Tom Brady took apart the Bears throwing 5 touchdown passes, completing 30 of 35 passes for 354 yards, zero interceptions and a 148.5 passer rating.

Bears quarterback Jay Cutler finished 20 of 30 for 227 yards and 3 touchdowns for a 108.6 passer rating, but most of that came with the game already decided.

One of the few highlights in the game was Bears running back Matt Forte rushing for 114 yards on 19 carries with 5 passes for 59 yards and 1 touchdown.
