Safe, Fall Family-Fun at Trunk or Treat Sunday, October 26 from 3:00 - 6:00p.m. Immanuel Lutheran Church and School Parking Lot

Go beyond trick-or-treating this year, try trunk-or-treating at Immanuel Lutheran Church on Sunday, October 26 from 3:00 - 6:00 p.m.! Everyone (all ages) is welcome and there is no admission fee. You'll find decorated car trunks and kids "trick-or-treating" from them in this safe environment. Kids' games, a bounce house, and cider and doughnuts (while supplies last) round out the event. You will also discover one of the most unusual bobbing for apples that you may ever see…hint: it involves construction equipment. Costumes are optional. Also of note: bring a non-perishable food item and get a prize!

"What started out last year as a small and fun event is really taking off this year with over 20 vehicles of all shapes and sizes set to participate. I can't wait to see how creative people will get decorating their cars," said the Reverend Warren Schilf, associate pastor at Immanuel Lutheran Church.

"Trunk or Treat is a safe family event for all our neighbors. I'll be there and I'm looking forward to greeting the children from our neighborhood," added the Reverend Thomas Acton, senior pastor of Immanuel.
