The two-day "Holiday Homecoming" event kicks off at 5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 28, with Lighting of the Lights on the First Street Plaza. Then, on Saturday, Nov. 29, there will be a holiday movie at the Arcada Theatre, sleigh rides, and visits with Santa. The day culminates with the Electric Christmas Parade.
