This second facility, which opened in August, will feature services and programs that will enable the nonprofit agency to increase options for health care and well-being for families and adults throughout the region. The nearly 8,000-square-foot site, previously the administrative offices of Del Webb's Sun City-Huntley development, will provide comprehensive, integrated adult and family health care, including a dedicated day room, internal medicine for adults 18 and older, geriatric medicine, behavioral counseling, psychiatry and caregiver support.

Services offered at the Huntley site will replicate the integrated, comprehensive, medical home model for physical and mental health care established at the Woodstock site. Both facilities will feature the services of a primary care doctor with a specialty in geriatric medicine, and a geriatric psychiatrist. The two physicians will be supported by a multidisciplinary team which includes a neuropsychologist, social workers, RNs and LPNs, a physical therapist, counselors, certified nursing assistants and other trained staff.
