Register Today for Halloween Hust 5K Run & Walk Saturday, Oct. 25 in Northwest Suburb

Some ghoulish fun is set for Saturday, October 25 at the Halloween Hustle 5K Fun Run & Walk in downtown Palatine!

Be sure to wear your costume, and join the fun with family and friends - including the family dog - to get into the Halloween spirit.

Participants can sign in on race day on the first floor of the Gateway Parking Garage at 7:30 a.m. The course will begin just down the block at Eric Drive and Colfax Street at 8:30 a.m. and will wind around the historic downtown Palatine area finishing up at Carter Street near Colfax.

Pre-registration savings can be taken advantage of now through Saturday, October 18 where registration is $30 for adults. The price goes up to $35 between October 19-24 and will be $40 for day-of registration. Adult participants receive a long-sleeve dri-fit shirt, a trick-or-treat bag and a race bib.

Kids can also participate in the Mini Monster Kid's Dash, which is a .5K, for $10. Kids will receive short-sleeve youth shirt, goody bag and a pumpkin when they complete the race.

Once the 5K is completed, participants are invited to the After Party to be held at Durty Nellie's, 180 N. Smith Street which will last until noon.

There the individual and group costume winners will be awarded prizes, along with refreshments and fun!
