Mailer wrong about Yingling's record

Like many of my neighbors, I am fed up with all the political mail I have been receiving. It seems like every election year the attacks get uglier and uglier.

Most of the time there is no evidence to back up the claims being made. Rod Drobinski recently sent a mailer that contains an outright lie. In the mailer, Drobinski states that Sam Yingling forced the state income tax hike through the legislature. I find this pretty hard to believe, since Yingling wasn't even in office when it passed.

Rod is either ignorant of the facts or he is deliberately trying to deceive the voting public. In either event, the man does not deserve to hold public office.

If he will lie to get our votes, he will certainly lie as an elected official, too.
