Worker's kindness greatly appreciated

Kindheartedness is not lost! I know because I was the recipient of some of it a few days ago. I am a senior citizen who recently fell and cracked three ribs, among a few other bumps and bruises. Obviously, I was not capable of much physical work.

A few days ago I was price shopping for storage space for some of our household items and I stopped in at the CubeSmart storage facility in Kildeer where Cliff Powell is the manager. Cliff was very professional and answered all of my questions, I bought some cardboard containers from him and prepared to leave. Cliff saw that I was having a problem in handling the containers and immediately took them from me and carried them to my car. As we neared the car, Cliff noticed that one of the tires was low. He asked me to pull the car into the storage area where he had an air compressor and he would inflate the tire. That was enough right there for me to learn that Cliff was a very good person, but what happened next put him on a pedestal. We found that the tire would not hold air because of damage to the rim. With no hesitation at all he said, "You keep an eye on the office and let me know if a customer shows up and I will change that tire for you."

I had told him his storage space was not what I was looking for and I bought only $8 in merchandise from him, yet there he was changing my tire!

Top management at CubeSmart probably already knew that Cliff represents their company well, but with my call to CubeSmart management they now know just what a great person they have running that facility.
