Schaumburg A.M. Rotary welcomes new member

Lori Corrigan was inducted as the club's newest member by President Steve East at its October 8th meeting. Corrigan is a licensed clinical professional counselor for Barrington based FOUNDATIONS Counseling & Education Center that provides individual, couples, family and group counseling services. She is also certified in mindfulness practices, which is a psychological concept that proposes a 'wise minded' approach to life. Jim McKenzie, Chairman of Network Merchants, Inc., acted as Corrigan's membership sponsor.

Membership in Rotary runs the spectrum from young professionals to retired seniors looking for opportunities to make a difference in their community. Schaumburg A.M. Rotary, a multi-generational group of men and women representing a cross section of the local business and professional community, meets every Wednesday morning from 7:00 - 8:30 am at the Bridges of Poplar Creek Country Club in Hoffman Estates.
