Barltett 1, West Chicago 0: The Hawks (6-13) secured an Upstate Eight Conference crossover victory behind a goal from TJ Ivkovich with just under 10 minutes left in the first half. Keeper Jake Hasenstein finished with 8 saves in goal.

Streamwood 2, West Aurora 0: Alan Camarena scored his 21st goal of the year and Sergio Blanco earned his seventh shutout as the Sabres (12-5-2) end the regular season with a UEC crossover win. Camarena started off the scoring for the Sabres and also had an assist on an Alex Perez goal as well. Blanco finished with 2 saves in goal.

Glenbard East 1, Elgin 1: The Maroons used a second half goal to knot the game at 1-1 and would keep it there in UEC crossover action. Zach Erickson found the back of the net after a pass by Joel Chavez for the lone score. Goalie Edgar Rodriguez stopped 5 shots to preserve the tie.

McHenry 2, Huntley 1: Travis Walsh scored for the Red Raiders (6-11-5, 0-5-0) in this PK loss in the Fox Valley Conference Valley Division.
