Cadwell's Grille in Deerfield Raises $1,100 for Multiple Sclerosis Society

DEERFIELD - Cadwell's Grille www.cadwellsgrille.com, 1445 Lake Cook Road, inside the award winning Embassy Suites in Deerfield, raised $1,100 on behalf of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society at its "A Taste of Cadwell's Grille" October 7 fund raiser.

The evening included a special dinner buffet featuring Cadwell's Grille signature menu items, entertainment by jazz guitarist Doug Blake, and raffle prizes including a weekend stay at the Embassy Suites Deerfield ($500 value).

The National Multiple Sclerosis Society addresses the challenges of each person affected by MS by funding cutting-edge research, driving change through advocacy, facilitating professional education, collaborating with MS organizations around the world, and providing programs and services designed to help people with MS and their families move their lives forward.

Located one block south of Lake Cook Road in Deerfield, Cadwell's Grille is a tastefully remodeled, modern, trending eatery with extensive libations that meets the needs of young crowds, business professionals and families alike. It offers comfort food with a twist, a downtown experience featuring grass fed burgers, barbecue ribs and short ribs, rotisserie chicken, grilled steaks, and Chicken & Waffles. Cadwell's Grille is a dining destination focusing on a modern and fun ambiance, known for excellent service and great food.

Executive Chef, Moises Ibarra, boasts an excellent resume that includes Carlos', The Four Seasons, Del Rio, and Tramonto's. Ibarra's culinary philosophy and passion reflects the growing trend toward a healthier and down to earth lifestyle; allowing the natural flavors of food to express themselves.

Cadwell's Bar libations menu is extensive and filled with premium brands, including its expanded small batch bourbon and single malt scotch menu, featuring local brands from Chicago distilleries such as Koval. Jefferson's, 4 Roses, and Woodford Reserve are among the small batch bourbons as well.

The bar is focusing on their 25+ extensive craft bottled beer selection with brands like Local Option and Revolution, "representin' the Chi," 3 Sheeps out of Wisconsin, Boulevard from Missouri, Founders and New Holland from Michigan, Dogfish Head from Delaware, and many more. Cadwell's Bar expands the "comfort" by serving all of their hand crafted seasonal specialties in mason jars.

Along with six flat screen TVs featuring the most complete sports package, new to Cadwell's, is the "Giveaway Special." On Monday and Thursday nights, they offer "Game Day" food and drink specials, and raffle off NFL prizes of apparel, jerseys, and more throughout the season.

Cadwell's Grille has produced an excellent reputation among those who already have found it not only for its regular menu items; including a "Destination Healthy" children's menu, but also its Build-'Yo-Own-Burger-'Yo-Way Bar; Wednesday Night Prime Rib, Sunday 3-Course $15 Early Bird, and blue plate specials that are really served on blue plates; Tuesday Industry Nights; and weekday" Appy Hour" from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. when a selection of appetizers are half off Monday through Thursday. New is its Friday night Seafood Boil.
