The Prospect Heights Public Library will present, "Monster Mayhem of the Midwest" as performed by actor Terry Lynch, of HFK Presents, on Wednesday, October 29th at 7:00p.m. The library is located at 12 N. Elm Street in

Prospect Heights. This is a free event but please register online at www.phpl.info or call the Information Desk at 847-259-3500.

Lock all the doors! There are monsters in Illinois! Believe it or not, ghoulish stories such as The

Murphysboro Mud Monster, Headless Horsemen of IL, Nellie the Lion, Bigfoot in IL, The Mad Gasser of

Mattoon and more, will chill your bones better than watching Creature Feature on a Friday night!

Lynch and his wife, Laura began HFK Presents as an offshoot of their company Histories for Kids, Inc.

Authors of: Mistakes Happen: An Historical Guide to Overcoming Adversity and Nicholas Comes to America,

the Story Of Santa Claus, the Lynches developed their programs as a way to bring history to life for adults or the "kids at heart".
