Your 2 cents sought on qualities for next Kaneland superintendent

Residents of Kaneland School District 302 are being asked to say what they want in a new superintendent at a meeting Thursday and in an online survey beginning Friday.
The firm conducting the superintendent search will conduct a forum at 7:15 p.m. Thursday in Room 325 of Kaneland Harter Middle School on Esker Drive in Sugar Grove.
The link to the survey will be posted at kaneland.org.
The firm will form a profile of the next superintendent based on feedback from teachers, support workers, students, board members, parents and community groups. The profile will be used to screen applicants.
Former Superintendent Jeff Schuler quit in August to take a job with Wheaton Warrenville District 200.
