Veterans flu clinics:

The Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center is offering free flu vaccinations Saturday, Oct. 4, 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the North Chicago campus and McHenry Community Based Outpatient Clinic. The North Chicago campus walk-in flu shot clinic, at 3001 Green Bay Road in Building 133CA, is available to active duty military, active duty family members, military retirees and eligible veterans. The McHenry walk-in flu shot clinic, at 620 S. Route 31, Suite 4, is available to eligible veterans. Eligible veterans with proof of service may enroll with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) at both clinics.
