Woman seriously injured in Buffalo Grove rollover crash
A woman in her 20s was seriously injured early Saturday in a rollover crash on Lake-Cook Road in Buffalo Grove, authorities said.
The woman was driving a white Ford Focus west on Lake-Cook near Milwaukee Avenue about 2:30 a.m. when the car flipped over onto a westbound ramp, Buffalo Grove Fire Lt. Ron Two Bulls said.
Drivers who saw the one-vehicle crash pulled over to free the woman from the car before firefighters arrived, Two Bulls said.
"They did a good job," he said.
Paramedics took the woman to Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville. Police are investigating what caused the crash.
