Girls Night out to benefit Palatine Township Senior Center
Ladies 21 and over can sip, shop and pamper themselves all for a good cause Thursday, Oct. 2, when the Palatine Township Senior Center hosts its annual Girls Night Out Fundraiser to benefit the center's programs and services.
The event takes place from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at Durty Nellie's, 180 N. Smith St., in Palatine.
Advance tickets are $20 each, or 5 or more for $18 each, or $25 at the door. A ticket covers one beverage, lots of hors d'oeuvres, delicious dessert, free photo booth, free pampering stations and a door prize ticket. Goody bags will be available to the first 250 ladies.
New this year is a $10 Cork Pull raffle where everyone wins a bottle of wine or champagne. Participants are guaranteed to get a bottle worth at least $10, but could potentially win a bottle worth a lot more and/or a gift card.
The event also will feature a DJ, boutique shopping, and other raffles.

Quentin Road, in Palatine.
Hors d'oeuvres will be provided by Durty Nellie's, and the dessert will be made fresh by Signature Sweets and Cookie Cards, Inc. The free photo booth is sponsored by Michaels Funeral Home. Pampering Stations include hair styling by Areté Salon, mini-manicures by Mario Tricoci Salon and Spa, chair massages by Satori Massage Spa, and mini-facials and 5-minute face by Katie Brown with Arbonne.
Boutique vendors include: Jewell Handbags and Accessories/Phyllis Benstein, CristalMe Rhinestone Apparel, and Rock Your World Jewelry.
