Mount Prospect man pleads guilty to child porn possession
A Mount Prospect man has pleaded guilty to possessing child pornography, court records show.
Thomas Perry, 69, was sentenced to 30 months probation and ordered to pay $1,464 in fines in exchange for pleading guilty to the class 2 felony, according to court records.
A tip to the National Center for Missing and Exploited children launched a joint investigation into Perry by Mount Prospect police and the Cook County State's Attorney's Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, authorities said.
