Police: Illinois man stole, sold breast pumps

A 30-year-old Woodstock man is facing felony charges after authorities say he stole breast pumps and accessories worth several hundred thousand dollars and sold them online.

Kristopher Kaecker has been charged with two counts of theft and two counts of burglary. He could spend up to seven years in prison if convicted, The Northwest Herald reported.

McHenry County police say Kaecker stole more than $400,000 worth of retail goods from Medela, his employer, throughout several months. They said he then sold the stolen items on Ebay.

Kaecker was released from jail on a $5,000 bond shortly after his arrest on Aug. 23. He's set to appear in court for a preliminary hearing on Sept. 24.

Court records don't show an attorney for Kaecker.
