Bartlett library teams up with local businesses

It's easy to check out a book or a DVD, or to download music or your favorite magazine with your library card, but during September's National Library Card Signup Month, your Bartlett Public Library card provides an extra value.

The library has partnered with 28 local businesses to give patrons a library card with super powers. Simply show your Bartlett Public Library card at any of these participating businesses (Bartlett locations only) to enjoy special promotions and discounts through Sept. 30: American Chartered Bank; American Family Insurance-Joshua Rayborn Agency; Apple Orchard Golf Course; Arts in Bartlett; Augenstein Accounting; Banbury Fair; Bannerman's; Bark Avenue Daycamp; Bartlett's Candy House; Bartlett Eye Care Center; Clique Photography; Delightful Break Massage; Dogfather Hotdogs; Friendship Corner; Heartland Animal Hospital; JumpHouse Rentals 4 Less; Marco's Pizza; McMae's; Moretti's; New to U; O'Hares Pub; Pasta Mia, Season's Produce; Sorelle Salon; Subway in Bartlett Plaza; Taylor St. Pizza; Tipsi Monkey and Quiznos in Apple Valley Center.

Don't have a library card? Stop in the library, 800 S. Bartlett Road, with proof of current residency within the district.

Details on these special offers for both new and existing Bartlett Public Library card holders are available in the library or at www.bartlettlibrary.org. For information, call 630-837-2855.
