Take in the sights of the Schaumburg Park District Parks
So many parks and not enough time!
There are more than 100 parks, including playgrounds, ballfields, lakes and conservation areas throughout the Schaumburg Park District. Join a guided tour of Park District parks, lakes and conservation areas 10 a.m.-noon, Sept. 13 at Bock Neighborhood Center, 1223 W. Sharon Lane.
"It's never the same tour twice. We visit different parks and facilities based on what participants want to see," said Todd King, Schaumburg Park District supervisor of parks and planning.
The tour begins and ends at the upper Bock parking lot. Pre-registration is required for this free program.
