Elite Athletic Development offers new strength & conditioning class

The nationally-certified health and fitness specialists at Elite Athletic Development | CrossFit Arlington Heights - experts in helping competitive and "every day" athletes from across the greater Chicagoland area achieve a staggering array of results - will launch a new Strength & Conditioning class Tuesday, Sept. 2 as part of the Fall 2014 Class Schedule. The new Strength & Conditioning class is designed to improve strength, power, explosiveness, speed, agility, and flexibility; increase work capacity; improve body composition; and optimize health and wellness. The class will feature an innovative mix of barbell, kettle bell, dumbbell, plyometric, and body weight movements, plus functional movement drills designed to challenge energy system conditioning and muscular endurance.

The Strength & Conditioning class is perfect for anyone ready to work hard, focus on technique, commit to 2-4 classes per week, and get results. The class is offered Monday-Wednesday-Friday, 5:30 p.m. - 7 p.m.; Tuesday & Thursday, 5 a.m. - 6:30 p.m., and Noon - 1 p.m.; Saturday, 7 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. The early morning and evening classes feature a convenient rolling start to accommodate differing work schedules.
