Tilted Kilt raises money for soldiers' families

The Tilted Kilt in Schaumburg will host a formal check presentation on Wednesday, Sept. 3, after becoming the sports bar chain's single largest contributor to its fourth annual "Here's to Heroes" national fundraiser.

The Schaumburg location itself raised $20,320 of the $115,424 raised nationwide for the Folds of Honor Foundation. The foundation provides support and scholarships for the spouses and children of soldiers killed or disabled in combat.
