Lakeside Legacy Arts Park presents Hip Hop Explosion

Crystal Lake, IL -- Does your child love to dance? Does he/she want to learn new moves in an amazing and age-appropriate atmosphere? Does your family watch FOX's "So You Think You Can Dance?"

Hip Hop Explosion is a great chance to learn a short and exciting new routine each month from some of Chicago's hottest dance instructors! Then hang out with your friends, practice the fun routine, and just dance!

This event is offered from 7-9 p.m. Friday, Aug. 22, in the Sage Gallery of Lakeside Legacy Arts Park. Children, age 7 and older, are welcome. The color theme for this month is any shade of blue! (Tweens do not need to wear the color theme to attend.)

Tickets are $6 each.

No dance experience is required and the event includes learning a mini-routine, freestyle dancing time, and a mini-workshop on swing dancing. This program builds leadership skills, socialization skills, confidence in a fun and safe environment. Parents may leave their child at the two hour session but need to sign a waiver in order for their children to participate.
